Mission of KAPC
With the belief that our Pentecostal experiences will revive our Christian community as vibrant as the early church was, we are witnessing to the Gospel that empowers all the people, beyond their denominational differences, to experience God's love and to live a life manifesting His gracious gifts in the Holy Spirit bestowed upon us in the name of Christ.

Guadalupe, Mexico-Opening the window of Faith for our family
Opening the window of Faith for our family
by Christina Kwon from Anchorage, Alaska
First, I would like to express my utmost gratitude and thanks to the father of my church, my family, and KSC for giving me and my family the opportunity of a lifetime of making a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City.
My whole family went, and that was a miracle in itself. It all started eight years ago after losing my son. Unlike children that bury their parents after they die, I was forced the burden of burying my son deep in my heart. It’s a painful memory that never faded away.
The son that passed away had a twin sister who I overprotected after his death. Unfortunately that also caused me to neglect
my older son. We drifted apart, and there was much contempt within our family. To make matters worse, five years later I was diagnosed with cancer and underwent surgery twice. I had hit rock bottom.
I attended a Life in the Spirit Seminars and learned to ask for forgiveness from God. Through God, I was able to positively transform and regain strength in my life.
I also asked for forgiveness from my neglected older son and he began to open up towards me. He attended the Young Leaders
Workshop Seminars I and called me in tears on the last day, apologizing for the negative feelings he had towards the family. He promised to believe in God and take care of his younger sister.
This opened the window of faith for our family to go on the Guadalupe pilgrimage, and I am so happy to say that our love for each other, and faith in God has never been so strong. We thank you again for giving us this opportunity. Praise the Lord.
